they can run as low as 200-250watts but I think its not a good idea to try to fit those on a single board, unless you are doing some undervolting. Besides, its not really a good idea to load a PSU to its capacity either. I really believe you should shoot for 850w+ for 2x 280x PSU+system

I plan to run 4 of them on single motherboard.
I was running 3 R9 280X with a barebones mother board and it was running about 930w from the wall on a 1000w PSU. Running 4 from one PSU will require at least a 1300w PSU.

I don't have any problem utilizing my components to their potential.

just for the cards it should be sufficient, but if your also running a system that can add to the requirements quite a lot, up to 350 watts per 280x and ~150+ for system

if it has 50 amps on 12v rail 2*20 for each card +10 more amps for system, than it's good
