Not sure about their plans. He didn't mention anything like that in our interview.

Leading Crypto Sports Betting & Casino Platform
Casa has developed a system where you as a hodler, can employ multiple hardware wallets and multisig to ensure your coins are safe no matter what, and so that you have a contingency plan to pass your coins on to your descendants if you were to pass away. Some people think it's a great service.

Is this what he's promoting?  Seems like he's on a promo tour suddenly.  Is Casa planning to go public or something?

Pt 4 Altcoin validation issues, flawed security models, & consensus mechanisms  - To the Moon 16

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyJGEudckUY

In this segment, Jameson Lopp discusses his methodology for testing the security models of various top 20 blockchains. He explains how he built a machine to test the node software, to see if verifying the entire blockchain is attainable for average users. He goes on to state that many altcoin blockchains use proofs or snapshots and do not allow for full user verification of all transactions on the blockchain, and what this means for security.

Because they make it almost possible to make a fatal mistake and lose your keys/coins, which is important for many, to achieve peace of mind.

That's not self custody then is it. It's a marketing gimmick.

Compare rates on different exchanges & swap.
To the last poster👆
Actually one of the strong characters in Bitcoin space to follow.
I have gone through some of his works/advice on the swatting and robbery attack problems. I remember wondering why people announce how much coins they own on typical social media ,and also why they don't split their coins in multiple private keys so they don't handover everything to attacker when attacked.  This is also why a transparent blockchain needs holders with valuable amount to stay Anonymous
