Prime Talent Chain has disrupted the recruitment and staffing industry by employing blockchain and its underlying consensus protocol. At PTC a set of rules has been instigated that is required for a candidate to verify for the skills they have presented.
The protocol has two key functions:
• Allow the block in the network to be true and updated while giving out incentives to the candidates
• No single entity or actor will have control over the PTC ecosystem and cannot be derailed effectively.
The protocol allows the ecosystem to self-regulate and solve any disputes in ratings, rankings and reviews of the candidates. Any disputes will be resolved by a team of validators with extensive use of blockchain and smart contract in place.
