So now there is a counter attack to subvert the original attack.

I mean all things being considered I guess its not as bad as a hard fork. But this situation is getting messy very quickly. I am not trying to lay out FUD in any sense, but this whole situation is getting ridiculous. Eventually its going to become so obfuscated that it may require a hard fork to re-correct the intelligible mess on the Eth blockchain.

A little more of my verbal thoughts on a podcast I was recently on talking about the legalities, historical perspective in relation to recent events, blacklists, sociological effects, and more.

Didn't Buterin admit he was buying DAO as it was crashing knowing that he could attempt to abuse his power to fork the chain and make a killing by then converting the post-fork DAO into dirt cheap Ethereum?  This is absurd crony capitalism.
No you just made all that FUD up.

I have no knowledge of that. My statement is a warning to him that he is treading on thin ice with the complexities involved and the best thing he can do is not get involved at all.

I'm not here to FUD, but to warn of the consequences of his actions will in fact ripple throughout the crypto ecosystem.

All,

Here is a public statement of my own views, outside of the approval of the LA, on the recent involvement of Vitalik with the DAO and how it was managed.

Also Bitcoinist picked up on this as well if anyone wants to read.
