Though I really like to publish my own app, I haven't tried to sign up for a developer account on playstore. I was just curious, if you'll use your account and publish the app, are you able to put my name for example as the developer or your name will appear there? Well if it's yours then that would be a problem.
Also isn't it kind of a hassle for the both side? Especially when there's an update from time to time.

His account name will appear as the developer of the app, and you'll just neef to send him the apk file for any updates

No offense but I think a serious developer can pay $ 25 for publishing the app on Google Play, using his own account and being sure he is the only which has control over it.
Maybe your intentions are good, but we live in a world where nobody trusts anyone...

I had signed up for developer account, but as currently I have no time to develop my apps, so I thought to earn few btc off it. I didn't have any malicious intentions.

If you want to publish your Android application on Google Play Store, I can use my Google Play Developer Account to publish your .apk file for just 0.0063BTC (~ 15 $).
For this you wont need to spend 25$ to get the license and you would get your app in the store by paying BTC !

I assume people would just pay $10 more and get their own dev account and be able to upload any amount they want. I would recommend you to lower it for something like $5 per app

Also, you could just hijack someones app and insert malwares/ads if the app became really popular.A real developer would need a full account of his own to update and control their apps, answer reviews and etc. Not that good idea to have someone to upload an app for you and have full control on your product.

Do you mean the payment for just once forever ? how about if the app will adding some more feature, do we have contact you for update?
