I expect more of these Ethereum forks soon after the next coming upgrade in August, it now depends on how strong the community and the developers are. So far there has not been any Ethereum forks that has been able to give Ethereum run for its money and I expect this to continue but as long as people will get free money from these forks, I do expect people to rally around them.

So if I'm correct the main thing we will get is same tokens as we have on ETH they will pop up on Pulse chain. And ETH holders again will get new coin so where you see airdrop big holders again will have big amounts of pulse ... So nothing changes and that is not an Airdrop of Pulse
