scam greedy ones by calling a price action of shit token not even listed on the Dex.

Well, I like to know which fools would fall for that kind of trick. To be honest, if they can't really see or check a coin's information, about if it listed on dex or not then their money will fall for another scam, maybe not this one but the other.

I don't think this method is a new method if I recall correctly this has been going on for long times ago if you keep observing the crypto enthusiast in the twitter.

You did not mention the name of the coin, you should explain the case clearly so that no one is a victim.
or link information of the exchange you are referring to.

I was looking for the name of the coin also. The OP should give us the name of the coin and confirm that if it is really a shit token. But if they are not even listed in exchanges and they are doing the hype, then more than likely, that token is really crap. But next time, OP give us more info so we know what you are talking about here.
a coin that isnt listed in an exchange is a clear indication that the coin is indeed crap. OP should give the name of coin but considering that this is a crappy token we are talking about I think it's kinda irrelevant.

It looks like the scam pump and dump price call by some gullible scammers has taken a new dimension. Since DEX exchanges has given token owners right to utilize their platform to exchange their tokens. So scammers has decided to use such opportunity to scam greedy ones by calling a price action of shit token not even listed on the Dex.
I believe only gullible investor will fall on scheme like this. This is the bad part about dex, since it has no centrality it is favorable to those scammer to trick traders on their scam activity. It so easy to copied a smart contract and put a name exactly the same with the original asking them to buy a fake token. Silly scammers!

My advise always communicate with the real project and ask for the details of their token not rely on some random scammer who response a sensitive details such as smart contract.

That was what I'm looking for. Just the name of the coin that they are promoting. Well, we can easily tell if the coin is listed or not, and whoever will fall for this trick is either way inexperience or lack of knowledge. One tap in google and we can spot of the coin is listed on a particular exchange or not. Unfortunately, all possible ideas is possible in scammer's way. They can also make fake pump and dump and fake proofs to show it in twitter users.

The scandalous aspect affecting crypto is taking a new perspective. the call was made on twitter and when followers made inquire about the token, it was discovered that the token was shit and NEVER Even listed on the exchange. the caller quickly deleted the post to avoid getting ban.
everyone needs to be careful here to avoid someone selling a DEAD project token acquire with less dollars to you with hopes that the project is making huge progress.

I hope this year will get better and we will be more selective in seeing and making decisions and for the scamer do it like what we do. something good ends well too because all have big goals that are managed to develop and grow.

This will not scam the greedy ones. This will only scam the stupid ones, the most stupid ones I mean.

Who will believe in just another random twitter user and buy a shitcoin which is not even heard of yet? Even those who started this scheme must also be very stupid. Or perhaps they are just trying their stupid luck.

Maybe he doesn't know the name of the coin, and he only read on twitter about that shit token. It is normal to see a shit coin being pumped by some groups because they want to make money from people who don't have much knowledge about the crypto or the token. Our job is to make sure that we don't get into the trap, so we know what we need to do if those groups are doing the same thing in the other time.

it is not easy to scam if you will always do your homework before buying any coins. Google search is free you can search everything you want to know in every coins before you decide to invest even its just a shill coins or a legit one . Shilling a project is part of your life as traders that's why its not new if someone is shilling a coins or tokens  on what ever social media they used.it's always happen every time you see an increase of the price of one of the Altcoins even new coins created there is also persons who shill for the new project.

you are the only one who can find a way to avoid such situations go look and review by your own every project/tokens before buying.

Old fake technique used by scammers and some big whales as well. The funniest strange part is that some of them succeed to sell a fake/dead token only by announcing it in Twitter using an account with thousands of followers [most of them are surely fake followers]. Victims don't even spend a few seconds to check if the token is real or not or if listed in any known exchange.
And this is not advised to follow Twitter based news. Be aware !

UPDATE: The account with the call on twitter is @uniswapcalls and the token called was 'amplar protocol'. a shit coin. probably sold to him/her by another scammer. the token has no telegram channel or website. No details but he claims that the token is huge in china.
FAKE CALLS. AVOID Such and be careful out there.
