This is very tricky indeed, how do you plan the pumps? Too many pump groups admins buy in waaaaaaay before the pumpgroup can, and dump waaaaaaaaaay before the target, admins profits and only the very very fast win.
The only solution to this trust issue is letting the coin be choosen by the pumpgroup, without any interference in a democratic way, which is very hard to accomplish. To any wishing to learn more about pump&dumps for free
