Is the amount of coin offered by PundiX 280 billion really enough to serve as a utility token in its own ecosystem?

It is a good news knowing that pundi x win the community vote and be able to list it in binance for free. But there may be a little setback on that regarding to pundi x price. There can be a case that many whales will surely dump because, binance is a good and reputable exchange and it may be that the whale manipulator or even a bot trader can damage pundi x price that may cause it to go to its lower price. But still to those who needs to make it up to pundi x, it is better to buy now because this coin holds a big potential.
Or a huge dump? :/
I think so because in come with the minor pump there will be a major dump because holders see this as an opportunity to take profit so we shouldn't be surprise. Even binance is better than bancor, I'll still prefer to yse bancor because of it's direct sell or buy of cryptos. I mean no more buy or sell orders needed to fill.

List on Binance is not good, if the list on it will be known, but the trade in Binance has a lot of bot to price. And I do not like this.

it was huge dump because depending btc price and there volume.
hopefully the withdrawal option on bancor.network gets reopened now
