Before you rip us to shreds just understand we're brand new here (though not new in the larger sense... just SERIOUSLY improved) and still learning the ropes on this forum. I can categorically confirm that we are in no way related punt.com as punt.com was eager to establish.
Well, you can't really blame the community for that. After all, you share the same name as another casino that has been promoted here before you, so it's easy to see why there might be confusion.
But let's get back to more important topics. If you really want to improve your business, I suggest that you consider the concerns raised by some community members about your unfair terms and conditions.
Take, for example, this point:
24. If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud Punt Casino, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments regarding Punt Casino's operation. Punt Casino reserves the right to publicize your actions together with your identity and e-mail address, as well as to circulate this information to other casinos, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.
As I see it, this clause says you can publicize the user's identity and contact information whenever you want, for whatever reason, at your sole discretion. If a customer, for example, argues that your casino's operations are unfair or unlawful, you can retaliate by publishing their identity, along with any other details related to the case. This clause gives you carte blanche to do anything and everything with your customers' personal data, which I think is a bit too much power for any online casino to have, and completely contradicts the privacy policy you published
here. It's a license to harass and intimidate your customers in the event of any dispute, and it's certainly not good for business. The second part of this clause says that you can share the data with any third party, including other casinos and affiliates. This is also a problem because it opens up your customers' data to companies that may not be trustworthy or ethical in their practices.
For this reason, I cannot recommend anyone to play at your casino until you remove or change this clause so that your customers know they have security and privacy of their personal data in the agreement.
