This coin has been issued twice before under the name FLK coin. You can find it on their website's roadmap as they haven't changed it. They always mine a certain amount of coins beforehand and then sell them to those damn fools.

Payouts weren't working on my pool either. Fortunately, I hadn't made the announcement and I was the only one mining. I had to manually process 18 blocks worth of payments. Not sure what the issues is but Deadcoin will relaunch the PUP pool when I have it figured out.
