I have already done contacted Bitmain and Pangolin (whatsminer), via email, wechat and instant messaging. Both the companies do not entertain selling direct to buyers who show up at their offices, regardless the quantity you want to purchase.
Otherwise, I would have flown there (I'm a Singaporean) which is only 4 hours flight from where I am.
Trust me, whatever you can think of, I have already put in as much or if not, more thoughts into it.
You probably already tried ebay, amazon, alibaba and aliexpress too. If you have not done so, believe me, don't waste your time and bandwidth on them.
