Thanks bryant. I must have had my filters screwed up when I was searching.
Also the ones I was looking at required XX amount of purchases and ratings etc... I will use this in the future.

But still, I'd like you to purchase your coins using Western Union or Bank Transfer.

The use of Paypal for buying and selling is not risk-free and should be used only as a last resort.

I checked localbitcoins but the sellers I found would not accept paypal.

Hmm...

Check this:

https://localbitcoins.com/buy-bitcoins-online/paypal/

On the plus side looks like ebay is a quick way profit if your trying to offload some BTC for money.
It was quick and easy on ebay I wont complain.

Ebay is quite risky. They regularly ban vendors dealing with BTCs. You'll lose both your BTC and money.

ebay is likely to give fast transaction to localbicoins and its hard to see anyone accept paypal except on ebay.

Just a note here.

I was able to make a BTC purchase on ebay. Hassle free. It was a bit expensive paid about 16$ for 10$ worth of BTC.
Most people are trying to sell at double rates there but a few are reasonable.

Its an option if anyone is looking and it worked for me.

60% premium is not that bad in Ebay.

But you should have bought through Paypal from Local Bitcoins. There are reputed sellers who charges as little as 10% to 15% premium.

Is there anywhere or anyone here willing to sell a small amount of BTC say 10$ or 20$ worth via pay pal?

I cant mine right now I'm on a very slow internet connection and its taking forever to build up any notable amount through faucets and earning sites.

The sites I looked at purchasing from coin-mama coin-daddy etc.. Want way too much information... Huge hassle and none of them sell in small amounts. I'm not looking to break the bank just trying to get enough to mess around with.
