Bro gave up mining pretty fast, I think he picked up about 30BTC early on and then just gave up when it didn't feel like it was going anywhere. Whoops!

So many millionaires from bitcoin now, he could have been one of them! I was also a little skeptical, I thought it was a cool idea but was only willing to invest about $50 in domains.

I could seem them as being worth somewhere, but if your really want make to make money you should try and develop them yourself. How is your bro doing at bitcoin mining, is he still doing it? He's lucky to have found out about it early. You should have bought a few bitcoins when you heard about it.

Domains are usually more valuable if they have something on and so have a history and bit of Google rank, it would probably be quite easy to get a script to put on the bitcoinprice.co.uk one in £GBP obviously.

Thanks for the feedback both, one of those where I'll probably just hold on.

Of course if anyone had any dev plans (especially bitcoin poker related) then get in touch Tongue

Vod is a liar
They will likely start to be worth something if not now. My guess is, at present, not too much unless you have a buyer that's just gotta have it.

Hi all,

Just started getting into bitcoin to be honest. My bro started mining back in 2011 and he told me all about it - I felt it had some legs and decided to buy up some domains for $6 a piece.

I'd be interested to see if anyone had any thoughts on developing any of these:
