the easiest way is to buy locally, visit www.litecoinlocal.org and find someone near your area to trade with, there is multiple methods for paying meeting is person is one of them, and Escrow is also integrated

You could try https://localbitcoins.com and with that BTC you can buy LTC on exchanges.

What's the easiest way, without having to do some SEPA transfer, or other tediously long processes that take days. I'd like to buy some asap.

I also want to know the best place to have a litecoin wallet, is there a blockchain.info equivalent or something like that?
The best place to buy them is probably to buy a bitcoin and buy the LTC with that. You could take a chance and pay large money on ebay for them too.

The online wallets aren't to be trusted. Just use the QT.

Alternatively you could try to buy some off people on the forum.
