Better Discord Alerts

Shortly after launching, we realized that many of the alerts were not triggering properly. We have rectified this with an in-house alerts solution developed by Wizzle. Formatting is now prettier, and alerts can all be controlled by our writers from a central location. This will vastly improve the quality of future alerts.
