As for ISIS – it is a copy-paste from Metrojet Flight 9268 (Airbus A321-231, crashed in northern Sinai) situation. Then, there was an anonymous call to AFP, this time - to Italian web site.
Motives are all the same. I wrote about them after the Airbus A321-231 tragedy. Russia, pretending to be fighting so called "international terrorism" together with the West. Russia is an active participant and a victim at the same time.
And hE has already called François Hollande to express sympathy and suggest an assistance to the West. Those are benefits. Plus, do not forget that 2015 G-20 Antalya summit starts tomorrow. hE would have been put in a similar to Brisbane situation. But now hE will swagger with a mournful air, puff up and nod sympathetically to the Western leaders.
However, there is one thing he doesn’t understand. I have described it in my Brisbane article about a year ago, but I shall repeat it now again. He doesn’t understand the western mentality, because he hasn’t lived there.
