Whois can be spoofed or faked very easy that does not proof it's really him

This person has stolen 1 million DogeCoins from me to run a supposed casino, which some may know, Shibaroll. After a short run i got messages that the bankroll has vanished and there are no investments. Eventually he offered me 60k Doge back which i have still not received nor do i expect to receive. I can post the full details of the conversations if they would help.
