You can use that I'd card sended to you to prove that you are legitimate providing with id's that not your own , you can also use it in other scam in the future .

We only target hiring specific types of people, not just anyone..
You should have asked the question what we intend to do with the idcard and why must they buy 1000qnc? we asked for idcards/passport to track down leaders because they will have access to that countries funds among others vital information so as a precaution that is why we collect phone number and merge it with idcard/passport. Noted all KYC include you taking a picture holding them we didnt ask for that. This conditions will change after establishing an office in that countries.
secondly we registered company. On buying our token we sell below the market price we still offer them free trading on the exchange we building, 40% sharing of listing fees and the coin is minable. Cost of 1k qnc we sell to them less than $10 while as at market price fluctuation a qnc worth $0.01-0.005$. Note we are NON-ICO we only need crypto-enthusiats in building an exchange with lots of difference. Likewise, we only need people who wants to build an exchange with difference and invest. We are giving position to only those who had much to loss by investing. If these arent good enough i will politely suggest you look for other project that can meet your objectives.
