It's a simple idea. A distribution of QR codes to homeless people or people in need. When they present the code in some shops donators can see what they need through a network. Donators can also see past donations. They can then decide to pay for the homeless person with a proof from the shop that the donation was indeed used for what the person needed.

so you want them to use your platform, wear QR codes and walk around the city asking for donation?
why not just make a legal foundation for raising fund and give shelter to those homeless
then you can give some training or guidance for them to stand up on their own feet

why was it moved off topic?

anyway to answer your questions, there's already a sheltercoin and i love these people and their project. The idea was similar: provide help directly where it is needed. Without going through multiple processes that cost time and money.

"your platform" -> the platform i had in mind was more for the donator side. But all donations would be recorded on a blockchain. I'n not a deveopper..

"wear QR codes" -> have a QR code on a card. They flash it when they go to a hotel or a store and their demand gets on the block chain. Soon after or right away they get a "funding".

I'm even not talking about making a shit coin here, just helping. Using all these new tools that already exist to do something.
And it kind of sucks to see all these fake projects here and there getting millions because speculators believe it would make more money.

The donations could be done indirectly, through a platform. Donators would trust this platform for managing their donations.

It would be done with crypto currencies. This way you could help people in other countries right away. Particularly part of the world where money is lacking. So it would also help the local economy!

Shops could keep the crypto coins or exchange them within the same transaction.

Now a specific token could be created for that project. Holding or using that token would help the project.
