It so hard to be a bounty manager unless if you have some friends on the team that could will get you an endorsement to become an bounty manager. But as long as you do not have some friends in the team developing an ICO project then definitely is so hard to get a project. And if you wish to apply there are team that are looking for a bounty related work and you can search that one in the google or here in the btt forum. They are composed a team and then i guess if you wish to be with them you have to pm them in the forum or join in their telegram and ask for a participation in organizing a bounty campaign. For sure it needs a team to promote an ICO and you will have the chance in getting it.
