I hope this will be a good news since from your post that I am seeing that the bank is going to be involved in this, though if this is a good new for quant then it would also be a good news for the crypto community at some perspective because the truth is that a lot of big people to put more trust on the the blockchain technology through this and this is why once we begin to see bank support the crypto move, we are going to see a lot of big guys coming into the crypto space because it going to give big investors more trust.
