Doesn't even surprise me that the team is fake and is merely a stock photo. As per hugeblack, it doesn't look like a lot of effort was made in making the website, and effort conveys how serious a business is hence why such websites are a huge red flag.

and avoid any obscure/newly created exchanges such as this (128 days old), they aren't established and don't have a good track record for you to trust your money to them.

One of the main advantages of using central platforms is liquidity. If the central site does not contain that liquidity, it is best to use any alternative to it. There are a lot of DAXs.
The site contains trading of some stocks even though they do not have a license, so it is best to avoid using them.

If you mean https://www.quantum-capitals.com/about-us/ then it is a bad 5-MIN edit site and it does not look like what scambroker website indicates.
