more regulation is always good if you ask me
Probably good..The last thing we want to see is some exchangers running off with the money or someone operating a ponzi scheme, so having licences will probably help.
The Canadian province of Quebec has issued a regulatory mandate that will require digital currency ATM and exchange operators to obtain a license in order to legally operate within the province of Quebec. This mandate comes as an amendment to the Policy Statement to The Money Service Businesses Act, which sets up regulations for companies providing money transmission services.
