The longest-reigning British monarch Queen Elizabeth died at the age of 96 in Balmoral Castle. She was born in 1926. During her lifetime money is not at all an issue for her. Being the Queen of the Royal Family of the World could've impacted the market if she have made some statement relative to cryptocurrency. Once she received a blockchain journal and this made discussions of the Royal Family holding bitcoin.

After her death, the same is being used as an opportunity and meme coin creators have made 40+ tokens on the ethereum and Binance Smart Chain. Few of which are
  • Queen Elizabeth Inu
  • DogeGod Save The Queen
  • London Bridge Is Down
  • Queen Grow
  • Rip Queen Elizabeth
  • Elizabeth II
  • Queen Inu

Apart from this NFTs too have striked the market. For now few tokens have gained $200000+ trading volume.

There's nothing new with this, when covid hits the whole world there's a ton of tokens named after that, when the name Elon Musk is being in the top search in Twitter there's a lot of new tokens under his name. People use any news to create a shtcoin, it is easy to create one now because there's some websites offer free creation of contract address.

Watch out for this kind of new project that utilizes certain big events or incidents. Like what happened to Queen Elizabeth, be aware and watch out that all projects related to this may end as scams and also shit projects. We have seen many types of this similar projects like during the Covid, the popular movie of Squid game, and also many others. In fact, most of them are scams, and you may only lose your money if investing in such projects.
This is only because of hype that the prjects are well known, but they have no value. Or maybe the developers of those shit projects or scams are similar peopel?  Grin

these scammers are preying on newcomers of this market. because for sure, there will always be willing to buy their crap token or coin. even some long timers are trying to collect some for the idea of possible high profits. well, they can always learn their lesson in a hard way. i hope they will learn their lessons fast before they go bankrupt.
Without a doubt that is what the scammers are hoping for, and while I find almost inexcusable the fact that investors which are relatively new to this market decide to invest in those coins which are obviously scams because they should know better, I find incredible that those that have been in this market for a very long time and know for sure that the persons behind those coins are scammers and maybe they had been scammed before they still decide to take the risk and invest in those coins when they know for sure they are enabling the behavior of scammers.

just a warning, scammers always have a way to get our money especially if something goes viral like Queen Ellizabeth who is now a trend in the media. they will use this to make coins either as a donation, or in memory of the queen but the truth is they just want our money.
That is if you will fall for this trick then your money is always at risk of being stolen by them but if you already know how this market works that there will always be new coins who's names are after the trend then you will likely avoid them because you know that there are huge risks that entails on them. They create coins as a way to ask donations?

Omg, I think only dumb people will agree to donate because the person who have died is not poor, that is why she is being called as a queen but even if the donation is about those who hit by a war or a natural calamity and alike, we should always double check things because many scammers are going to use that setup.

Indeed there is nothing new, I think even the people who pull this kind of exploit/scam are still the same people who always exploit and scam the cryptocurrency market in its early years.  The sad part on this is that people still fall for this same trick.  No matter how many times these scammers do this kind of trick, many people still fall for it.

the coins on your list before i never heard of that. a coin that seems to be related to Queen Elizabeth but why did this coin just appear when news about Queen Elizabeth was being discussed. whether these are those who want to find an opportunity to get this trend. I know this is a great opportunity to make a quick profit, but it's so tempting that many people are stuck here.
There are so many funny things going on in the market now ams some persons are seeing it as an opportunity to create different coin to attract investors especially the newbies to buy it since the market is already bearish.
The funny part is some persons would still invest in all those coins which can be very surprising to me since everybody is looking for profits and how to earn fast money from the bear. I have seen many similar coins to these ones which had funny names and they are having lots of investors buying the coins that was created due to the current trend.

Scammers and exploiters are keen on the event that will make them accumulate huge amounts of money.  So they always put all their effort into scamming people whenever a major event such as this (death of the queen) happens.

Yeah, these scammers are really experts in their trades, I hope many people won't fall victim in this nefarious scheme.

The developer of course wants to take advantage of the trending moment that is Queen Elizabeth, when people are there it will be easier to attract their interest, but we must be aware that this is temporary, just like the moment of religious holidays used to create projects.

Like the usual crypto world, when have trend comes the crypto enthusiast will follow the news and make the same what news created. I know several times ago about VitalikBigDickInu (VDICK) where the picture follows the news with I thing the same situation.

Yeah like I also mentioned out previously, there were coins before like Corona, Elon Musk, and Will Smith Slap Inu coin back in the days. There are just business owners and devs that are willing to just grab money from people and do their usual exit scam and call it a day.
It does not just happen to the common Altcoin marketplace as it still also happen to NFTs as well. You know those what they call "rugpulls".

Lots of of my colleague stopped using NFTs after they ended up in a rug pull.

The developer certainly uses all the things that are trending, this will facilitate marketing because when there is a big moment it will be easy to make a project that looks related to it, previously there were also many projects that brought Donald Trump, Elon Musk and so on.
It still doesn’t make it right, scammers will take advantage of every single instance they can, however they don't hold the rights to those names so what they're doing is without a doubt illegal, and if you can tell that much from the name of the coin then it's clear no one should invest in those coins as who knows what other shady stuff the developers maybe up to, and then when we add that this was the leader of a country which was respected by her people then this makes this matter even more distasteful if you ask me.

Queen Elizabeth was born in 1926. He was 96 years old at the time of her death. He was a great witness of history since her age.
After Queen Elizabeth's death, some profiteers were busy trying to make huge money by minting meme coins. And surprisingly, about 40 meme coins have been launched since her death which I never considered positively.

This is only one way for greedy people to make money. Yes, by waving aside their humanity. Any events that possibly could bring hype won't escape from them, even someone's death. Apparently, there's not a small number of people who got trapped in this game. Queen Elizabeth was an icon, almost all the people in the world know her. Her death was massive news that could affect any aspect of life around the world. There are so many things that can be done to commemorate and honor her, but making memes coin and taking advantage of it is not one of them I think.

This is was the way some people found to honor and pay tribute to the queen for her passing. Of course others have found on it the perfect opportunity to speculate for extra profit, but I believe the initial purpose was legit. Besides the recent created altcoins, I think the most interesting news coming from UK are the declarations from the new minister of enonomics who wish England becomes the most crypto friendly country for business in the world. They want to turn the country into an attractive hub for crypto enthusiasts. If done correctly, it can be great news for bitcoin and also help its price to boost soon!

I mean even that Will Smith Slap back then when it was still a hot news, there was like an Inu to the end of it just to call it another meme coin. I swear I do not understand what do these devs were thinking when they were making these coins. Sure they could grab other's money quickly, but it is just really stupid just to think of it.
When COVID started, I can even recall that there was a Corona coin back then.

Knowing how the Queen is really a popular figure not just in the news, but also in the internet, I am not surprised that there would be such coins like you mentioned though it is really saddening that people took advantage of what happened.

~
I am pretty sure there are waaaay better ways to remember the Queen and it would cost $0. Pretty sure that these are for money grabs unless it can be dedicated as a donation. It's like one of those t-shirt businesses taking advantage of such events just to sell.

We all know things like this will happen, we just have to be very careful, scammers will definitely want to take advantage of her death to scam people, but am still suprise people will fall for it, seriously the pattern is very cheap to me. I don't know why people will invest in all those coins which have been created by Queen Elizabeth ll name, what are they thinking or do they think it's real? Since Queen Elizabeth ll was alive she didn't create any coin and named it after herself why will that happen after death. I think some people will know that that's a scam coin but will still invest and will be expecting to make quick cash out before it crashes.

She is 96. She had seen a lot of sufferings in her time. I guess she's lucky enough not to see more of the sufferings that are to come. RIP Queen Elizabeth.
What sufferings are you talking about that the queen saw? I guess you wanted to say the sufferings she supervised and melted out on others by her country's involvement in some obnoxious deals and crises. Take that away, I will like to say that the queen lived a well spiced luxury life till her demise.

Come to think of it, and that's preempting devs, there are definitely going to be new shitcoins in the name of the deceased queen. There are no two ways about that. The investing public should be cautious about cryptos with such name.

Of course many people mourned the passing of Queen Elizabeth. But people will remember him according to their respective fields of work. For crypto users, they will remember it by developing crypto, both in meme coins and NFT. People will buy it not just to invest, but to remember the departure of Queen Elizabeth.

It's also affect the price of XRP. They have a pro crypto prime minister and the old guard is gone. The UK wants to lead the way in these new technologies. Nothing moves til they say it moves though. I think polysign has to be ready to custody government and institutional big money. It’s coming for sure. When is anyone guess. Keep hodling and don’t ever let anyone pry them from you at low prices. The world needs XRP and you have some. Not financial advice.

  • Queen Elizabeth Inu
  • DogeGod Save The Queen
  • London Bridge Is Down
  • Queen Grow
  • Rip Queen Elizabeth
  • Elizabeth II
  • Queen Inu

They should make KING based meme tokens now, they might have a longer lifespan. But i am hoping we aren't going back to actually trading those (like Trump coin and Putin...)

  • King Charles Inu III
  • DogeGod Save The King
  • All hail the king inu
  • Long live King Charles III
  • King Charles III
  • King Inu

But in all seriousness. anyone can make and name a token and i am betting that Rule 34 already applies to them. If you can imagine it, someone eventually will make a token out of it. No one wants them but everyone wants to talk about the absurdness of them, making them ironically trending.

I never thought of these people who made some tokens taking advantage of the current situations, Damn! these guys are fast thinkers and just like that they have some props and most of them obviously created their tokens to scam people. I hope it won't be the same scenario as the squid game coins back then many people lost their money because of the hype and they never get it back. People need to take heed and not jump on those tokens no matter how much hype they got these days.

Don't believe the hype people, remember the Squid Game token pumping overnight and then got caught by a Twitch trader livestreamer being rugpulled live. Don't make the mistake of buying the tokens base on trends especially if they don't allow you to sell your tokens to get out.
No investors who knows what's obtainable will go directly to buy a token or invest in a project because of the hype by people and especially when they are unknown people. From my perspective i believe that real investors is out of the era because investors do believe that before they by any token a proper research will be conducted to know if the token will be a long lasting or not

I've never seen where the project that is currently popping up can last a long time, is there, of course it will never last long, there are many examples that we can take from several bounty projects, all of which are almost not going well, even it becomes a fraud or  the project stalled due to lack of funds, I am not so sure that the project we are discussing will run for so long even, because investors will be careful to choose whether it is a long-term project or not.

Apart from this NFTs too have striked the market. For now few tokens have gained $200000+ trading volume.
These jokes are undermining the entire cryptocurrency space as we have new shit tokens for everything and anything and surprised to see the trading volume for these shit tokens. Today i had a conversation with some of my old stock trading friends who started cryptocurrency trading after the last rally and they see the entire market as a shit show that could collapse anytime.

Really helpless with these trash jokes. Since these jokes have left the crypto market like a dump, many newbies feel overwhelmed with tens of thousands of tokens and most of them are scams. The projects that really bring true utility can only be counted on the fingers.

I really don't understand what the people who are creating these junk tokens are thinking, taking advantage of the queen's death for their own gain. Their consciousness is really not that of a 3 year old kid, people like this shouldn't exist in the market.
Well, unfortunately, we will continue to see this kind of people operating in the crypto space why? because there are other gullible people that will continue to patronize these projects all in the name of making a profit and they don't have any remorse whether they are taking advantage of a dead person, as long as they make money, they are fine. It is sad.

But damn!  Anything can be monetized these days with meme tokens even the death of the Queen.
If  blockchain was already alive when Micheal Jackson died, the internet will be full of meme coins already with his image doing the moonwalk. It was sort of a debate during that time when Micheal's death was monetized by spreading articles about the controversial death.
Your remark stands out with amazing observation. Only one of your sentences contains information about the goals and objectives of meme coins: to achieve maximum monetization using hype news and topics. Any potential investor in meme tokens, should be aware that as soon as the hype and excitement pass, and the founders of the projects make a profit, the further fate of meme coins will be sad, and at the same time, unfortunate investors with shitcoins in their hands. The same will happen to those who invest in meme tokens, which you mentioned in the list created in connection with the death of the queen.

Was surprised that they don't even respect the death of the Queen by creating a lot of memes in her name.
These developers are looking for a new trend to hype and this is it, they don't have respect they will do one in the name of money, it will only stop if people will stop patronizing memes based on events and people, but in the end, many will lose because this is not a long term project.

Quote
Nevertheless, it's obvious that they will be another avenue for those pumpers and manipulators. So the best thing to do is to stay away from this kind of project and let it die. We have a lot of meme coins already, no need to add more. Rest in Peace Queen Elizabeth.

Those who lost in the past will stop investing, but those who are new to investing and who still believe in FOMO are likely the next victim, we can only warn these people based on what happened in the past, it's up to them if they take heed or follow their greed.

It happens that this will be another avenue for scammers to scam investors. Within a day of the queen's death, different memes coin have been created as a memorial to scam innocent investors. The crypto space has now become a place where a group of scammers would just wake up to develop a coin easily. How I wished there were strict measures in crypto to curtail the levels of shitcoin being created daily

Do this scammers really need to go this far?  I wouldn't even put a penny on any of those projects, as it is obvious that the scammers are going to take advantage of the situation and then they are going to sell it very quick for their greed and money. So let's see how is going to bitch around later telling us that they have lost money investing on this coins when you can smell it from a far that the intentions is not to recognized the death of the Queen, but to scam naive investors who blindly invest on everything.

Scammers will do anything unethical form of scam just to take profit from the situation. I don't why some people keep on investing in these scams knowingly at the end the project will be rugged.

Here an example: https://bscscan.com/token/0xbe057c9bec93aa80b67b83922fc85cb8a3d14248#balances

Check how many people invested in this Elizabeth II token, even if the token has no website or social media accounts. Yes, there are still naïve investors who will invest with no concern for the consequences even if the project is obviously a scam.

I think it's their team to attract some investors, to fall into their trash project trap, this is the cleverness of the fraudsters in the crypto world, most of the victims don't understand projects like this, most of them end up being caught, I really hope that beginners can tell the difference  good projects and which ones are fraudulent, so that there will be no more people like that in the future..

I've never heard of Queen Elizabeth coins before even though in the UK crypto is legal, but no one says that the UK has its own coins to circulate in the market. My conclusion, Queen Elizabeth's death, made some bad people take advantage of this moment to make coins in memory of Queen Elizabeth. I'm not saying it's all bad, but some things I've experienced before crypto have always been like that.

Even the investors of these projects are aware that these are scam projects, but they believe they are smarter than everyone else. This means if they get in very quickly and then they get out before it goes down then they could make money.

To be fair, some really do that, they get in before anyone else and they get out before anyone else as well. This allows people to have a good return on their investment but I can't really say that they are not dealing a good amount of risk when they are doing this. This is why it is much better if we are dealing with known and big name projects instead of taking a risk with these silly stuff and be first and quick.

In fact, although this is a sad event, many people are taking advantage of this moment to make a profit. And once again, as before, when something big happens, it becomes prey for the makers of shit projects to act on behalf of or associate their shit projects with the incident. Like the various shit projects that emerged after the death of Queen Elizabeth II, they really know very well that many people will be tempted and trapped. and they make a lot of profit.
be careful with projects like this because they may end up scams or fail.

Every great person has always had a great influence on the economy. Moreover, we know that Elizabeth is the queen of England, which everyone knows. So with his death, many of the coin makers used it only for their personal gain.Like creating the coins you wrote this. So be careful guys
This is an obvious attempt to scam people, and not a real project itself.
Anyone can make their own token easily, not if you want to be a victim of those fake creator you can have their token to commemorate her majesty. Personally, I don't want to waste money here because I know it's just a scam project, maybe you can buy physical things where you can remember her reign as a queen but not on a useless token like this.

I don't agree with you on this, what suffering did she experience during her time, was this before or during her reign? As far as I'm concerned, it was the same queen that engineered the colonization of some of my forefathers.
There’s a lot of stories about this one, we actually don’t know what’s the truth especially now that there’s a lot of fake news and with this hype on this fake tokens, most probably they are taking advantage of the situation. Hours after the news there’s a lot of tokens named after her exist, obviously this is just to collect money and if you don’t want to lose money better not to participate and not to get hyped.

Lucky, the blockchain isn't around yet during that time.  I would see lots of people getting scammed if blockchain is already around by that time.  I think majority of these meme coins is created by the same people.  For them events like this is like a harvesting time since they can use it to create another shitcoins.  Still, I don't understand why people never learn.  This kind of coins or token is only short lived.  Just wait another month or two and it would be lucky if one or two of these project is still available.

As soon as I read the news about the death of Queen Elizabeth II I knew that this was going to happen, I am not surprised but I'm still disappointed, it is incredible that these people hold nothing sacred, we're talking about the death of a very important figure around the world which is going to make the history books, and yet they are making a joke of her death, so while there are a lot of things that I love about this market if there is one thing that I hate are the scammers that are behind those shitcoins.

I doubt that the Queen had any connections to the crypto currency world at all. Just because she once recieved a blockchain journal does not mean a thing. She was probably doing hundreds of public happenings each year for 70 years now so she probably received journals, flyers and so on from probably everything that exist on this planet by now.

Also i think that it is pretty tasteless of people to create sh*t-coins now just in order to make some quick profit with the death of the queen, because that is the only reason why those tokens are created. I hope that no one buys that kind of tokens that would be ethically incorrect.

Creating some memes that have been derived from the name of the queen was quite unrespectful for me. It’s only a day has passed from the passing of the queen and yet, these meme coins have already been making some noise in the crypto market. Though business is business, but maybe these meme coins are bound to end up in failures maybe because they don’t create good beginnings from the start.

I guess it all started with everything that takes a buzz in the entertainment seen, like from Netflix series' and to this one.

Every opportunity that's seen by these folks, they'll come and enter into it. With that volume, there really are traders that would like to take risk and buy the news and sell it as quick as they can.

Still, the developers are the ones that will earn from these and those that will be FOMOed are likely going to lose.

This is what makes us call the meme coins that they are only shitcoins that grow with the hype. They use the name of the late queen to promote their shitcoins only to attract British investors and Queen lovers around the world to invest. I was surprised by the number of coins that were created after the death of Queen Elizabeth As if they were waiting for the news of her death so that they can take advantage of this opportunity to make money from those who will invest in the coin that bears the name of the queen, most of them are scam coins that I do not advise anyone to invest in.

Yeah this is nothing but using the viral terms of the current timeline to attract peeps and get money flushed into the donation address or newly minted coins. It’s actually disrespectful and should not be considered valid investment. Firstly, this is scam anyways. The lady had good time after modern world development and she already ran perfect nation so it might be possible they never needed to use bitcoin or need to do so in the future. The Royal family already have complete control over the mega piece of land, why they would care about bitcoin anyways.

aswell as tokens/icos of memes created on event days of meme topic..

most of the highly overpriced ICO/tokens of any meme are never usually sold to dumb investors first..

instead they are sold to the creator themself first using an alt account

EG if a creator pays out 10btc(as a pretend buyer).. to himself (as the initial owner/seller). he has ultimately in the end paid nothing, lost nothing. bar a tx fee..

however now the "price" is set via publicity, which he can use as a milestone amount he expects other to pay

in short most NFT's are not actually traded. but just presented as being traded just to influence some interest by making other people think it must be worth something if someone else bought it

It's not been up to 48hrs now since Queen Elizabeth died and several tokens have been made using her name, so to me, I see this as no different from the scam token that was made concerning the popular Netflix series titled "Squid Game" whereby the creator only pump and dump and ran away with peoples money, as that's the same thing that will happen to these "Queen Elizabeth" tokens, so the best option is to stay away and not invest in this kind of token as it will not stand the test of time

This is a typical example of a saying that I once heard... it basically says... One death is another's bread!  So, they are cashing in on her death now... like a bunch of vultures.  Shocked

We live in times where the dead is not even respected anymore... everything is focused on "money" and profits. Just look at the way that some people exploited the Covid pandemic. (Big Pharma made gazillions out of people's fear...)  Roll Eyes

Of course people are going to take advantage of the opportunity. There are people that knows what they are doing. They will invest in those shitcoins, take their profit and leave. And then there are stupid/dumb people that will invest in those coins after the price goes up and keeps holding thinking they will make a fortune and get rich overnight. Those are the kind of people that deserves to get scammed.

And then there are people like you that loves to promote scam coins.

This has become commonplace after developers can create tokens on the ethereum chain with a low cost, scammers seem to have the space to continue to scamm, especially when something is happening, whatever it is, they won't think it's important to sympathize, for them the important thing is to make a quick profit, should be crypto lovers should no longer be involved in this way of buying tokens which will soon become trash.

These bullshit cocksucker didn’t even know how to respect to a Queen. Having too much freedom really corrupt the mind of the people just to earn money for someone popularity. These tokens should be requested to remove or block on the blockchain because they are obviously bunch of scam that wants quick buck using the queen name.

I highly doubt that the Queen will make such statement for Bitcoin since she was born on old generation while he don’t have the needs to have a financial freedom.

That at this point in history we give importance to people who inherit positions as if we were in the Middle Ages makes me feel ashamed. Fortunately, the role they play is usually testimonial, but what is not so testimonial is the patrimony they inherit.

Today everyone is talking about it and this thread is what I have yet to see.

Being the Queen of the Royal Family of the World
Are you for real?
Maybe you wrote the topic in 1920 when the Brits were still invading and killing people around the world. Today Great Britain is more like Tiny Britain. Smiley

I think this is what you are saying Sir about that matter, https://cryptonews.net/news/nft/12098683/

Exploitative people will never really lose that in the business industry. As long as they earn a large amount of money, these opportunists are really good and smart, and they are good at timing.

Knowing that Queen Elizabeth is popular they were able to take advantage of the opportunity to raise a large amount of money in the world of crypto space in just a few hours under the ERC20 and Binance smart chains.

Imagine the Queen Elizabeth Inu immediately processed 700k$ with a trading volume of 200k$ and as of writing this immediately increased by 23, 271% on the Binance smart chain and also increased by 3708% on Uniswap and the save the queen token by 1517%, the size of the earnings of these opportunists is extreme.

These are meme coins or shitcoins, but if you have the time to suddenly pump, you will be an instant millionaire. I hope I can have time to pump the meme coins I'm holding.

Was surprised that they don't even respect the death of the Queen by creating a lot of meme in her name.

Why, do you think these scumbags still have some respect left in them? They've been scamming people of their hard-earned money and life savings. If they can do that, they can also take advantage of this sad yet huge news and try to make money. After all, they're not the ones who killed the queen. They're simply making use of her death to scam innocent people for their money. These people have no guilt. You can't expect anything from these cretins.

opportunists will always take some opportunity

timestamping some ICO genesis or some token NFT to be created on the very date of an event, causes an ico/token to then become significant as an item of interest. which if done right becomes a milestone in of itself. to then have value.

compare that to a token/ICO genesis made in X weeks time suggesting it represents the events of today.. it would have less meaning/value. and be worthless. because its less related/significant, even if it had the same name/title/publicity

but with that all said. people only make these things for a quick profit. they dont care about the long term value/utility/future. nor wish to respect the subject involved. as long as hey can sell something for profit. thats what they will do

Well this is global news on Queen Elizabeth's death and hoping for the best.

For those who are trying to take advantage of this opportunity, the hype that creates tokens meme for their own benefit on the suffering of Queen Elizabeth I think it has no morals and they only think about how to get money, so stay away from scams, this kind of thing is difficult to avoid but we need our awareness to stay away her from the meme coin.
