This Queens offer is an EXPENSIVE option - that electric rate is way too high for long-term viability and profitablilty.
I also shudder to think what kind of RENT you are paying anywhere near NYC - I've got friends that live in the area specifically including Brooklyn and their rent numbers are NIGHTMARES (except for the one that's in an old "rent control" apartment they sorta inherited from their parents).

You're trying to compete with big farms that pay 3 cents / kwh OR LESS.

The Ottowa offer is a lot more reasonable.

$.10/kwh is not great for mining, i know it's in New York and electricity is expensive there but most places in the US that aren't rural have costs around that. I get ~$.07/kwh in NW Pennsylvania. For most people it's more profitable to just have miners at colohub or something like that as they have lower power costs.

Mini farm in queens new york city
i found a ware house with 400 x 3 amperage  (Mitsubishi thick blue cable )
huge space in the middle of new york city long island city
electricity price is 8c to 11c depend on contract and consume
if convert here a farm any one think we can find miner relocating here?
for now building my self  40 antminer s9 at the cost of 11c per kwh
i just hire electrician to change panel to 20 x 30amp braker panel and wiring
options
1 - go rent ware house (12k a month ) and try a mining farm there is alot entuhastic will interested just because near by and people can come drop their own machine or check it.
2- just build a small up to 100 antminer s9 and stay there
3-  forget all search for relocation data center like giga-watt colohub etc (but most of them have no room up to november )
