Zero risk

Nothing is zero risk. What is the site providing this escrow service? Have you checked them out for reviews or Scam accusations on this forum? Are you that concerned with KYC or being tied to your credit/bank account info when you buy?
There are significantly less expensive and risky places to buy even at the 1 BTC level. Some don't require KYC either. No matter what unless you are buying it with cash in person you will be tied to this purchase in 1 way or another if someone really wants to look into that much.
Also of note when people are giving you a real good deal, there is a large chance they have figured out a way to scam that service. I'm just saying be cautious.

I found a guy who is selling 1 BTC for 8700 (Escrow commission 5%)

Is it a good deal ? Shell I go for it?

It's always good to use an escrow but this escrow fees seems very high to me. If I was you then I would use any forum escrow for cheaper fees and they are more trusted for me than any website out there.

Hi all.

Ok Here is the deal. I want to buy 1 bitcoin on the website that is actually an escrow service.

It works like this.

someone wants to sell BTC and makes a buy order with required price. another part offers a sell offer.

W agree and after presenting the proof of funds (Signed wallet) and the bank statement LOI (regular bank transfer takes from 2 up to 5 days.) But there is a online bank that proceeds internal payments in 1 day and the limit is quite big (up to 350 000 usd per day) bank is based in Us, so zero risk involved.

After buyer and seller reach the agreement they will contact admin and will send BTC and USD to him. After confirmation of funds received (from bank as a transfer ID admin will release the funds to both sides.

Advantages

NO KYC
You can find a very good deal.
Zero risk

I think it is better to wait 2 o 3 days and got your money for a good price instead being scammed by a exchange that are hundreds and more now on the market.
