You can make a raffle but you need to make it provably fair, you can't ask a moderator for a number because he will give you the number of his raffle...

What do you mean provably fair?
You did not realize how it works. When you buy a raffle you have to deposit the amount in my account and this corresponds to a transaction in my bitcoin wallet and this is your raffle so when I say that I will ask a number to a moderator he will never know the position of his Transaction in my wallet.
You need an escrow that will hold the prize money and the raffle entry money. it also doesn't look like people will be interested in a raffle like this that are being hosted by a newbie.

This.

If you don't use an escrow you'll basically have 0 participants due to your rank level. There are several people who offer escrow services in this forum.
Here's a list of escrow services: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcointalk-escrows-trade-safely-855778

Provably fair means that no one else will know the possible result (the number) . If you will use a random number generator Like random.org, that is provably fair. I don't think a moderator is what you will need for a raffle like this also. You need an escrow that will hold the prize money and the raffle entry money. it also doesn't look like people will be interested in a raffle like this that are being hosted by a newbie.

You're free to try it as it's not against the rules, but trust me, it's not going to work for numerous reasons so I'd probably forget it.

I am new to the forum and I read some of the rules but I did not find what I was looking for so I wanted to ask a moderator if it is possible to make a raffle of 1 BTC here in the forum?
This is what I have in mind:
The prize is 1 Btc
Each transaction made is a raffle
After all raffles are sold I will ask a moderator to say a number between 1 and the number of raffles sold that will be the winner
Once the winner is known, the prize will be sent to the bitcoin address for which they purchased the raffle
After sent and confirmed I will post part of the address bitcoin of the winner and will ask you to confirm if received the prize
I will also try to put an image with all the transactions
How many of you would be interested in something like that and if so how much would you be willing to pay for each raffle?
Thank you.
