Will it be more convenient if we will not be anonymous here on epochtalk? I guess it is not some kind of KYC that you also have to pass some proofs but I also think KYC will be an option for that.
No, I wouldn't be convenient if not anonymous on any forum on the internet which deals with cryptocurrencies.

Log in through LinkedIn, Facebook, Gmail and other options yhat maybe possible just to know the persons true identity
You think it's hard to create a fake Gmail/Facebook account?

I think this is a good idea, in which we will know each and everyone here.
And also, I think the scams will be prevented and not only that if this thing happens that person can be sued.
Giving up our identity online is not worth any money, at least the way I look at it. I wouldn't reveal my personal details to anyone even if offered a million bucks. Not that I do something wrong but it's against the ecosystem the forum is designated for.

I think I'm having an headache  Huh ... I really can't find other solutions that may prevent these scams and also some remedies to find those culprits to have an immediately filed case for them.

Don't overthink too much. Trust system is working just fine, If you have any trust issues you should use an escrow just like @TryNinja Pointed out.

Doing business here in the new platform would still be risky and a lot more money will be wasted if the scams will not be forcibly outgone.

No system is "scam proof", Even KYC requirements can be faked, if the person has the right resources. Just Relax and let the system do its job.

No. There will never be any kind of KYC verification or requirements to connect any social media account to your forum account in this forum. NEVER.

Ahm, No... I'm not talking about directly of having KYC before having an account on this new platform... What I really mean is "The Same" thing as KYC... like some other forums that has GOOGLE+, FACEBOOK SIGN IN and other ways to log on...then after that a CAPTCHA will pop up the same as we have here.
Anyone can create a fake Google+/Facebook account with fake data. This won't do anything other than making a hassle for the new users who don't use social media websites for obvious reasons (privacy, mainly). Don't forget that you are on BitcoinTalk, and any kind of KYC requirement goes against the real idea of why Bitcoin was created in the first place.

I thought epochtalk is still under developmental process which is alao discussed by other members as a new forum?  And why such we need KYC  for epochtalk since it is also a forum?  Do we need to invest in a project so that they should require to do KYC?
It's literally in his post. Requiring the users to confirm their ID to prevent scams and helping to catch the scammers.

"And also, I think the scams will be prevented and not only that if this thing happens that person can be sued."

IS EPOCHTALK RUNNING BY THE WAY?
No. You could see it at https://beta.bitcointalk.org but the link is off.
