What version of Windows and is it 32 bit or 64 bit? What software are you trying to install? cudart32_80.dll is part of the nVidia CUDA Toolkit, so I would assume you are trying to install some kind of vanity generator or other private key generator?

I would try updating your graphics card drivers in the first instance, and if not, then the CUDA Toolkit can be downloaded from https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-toolkit.
