The paper backup is all you need.  To keep armory installed you should use a persistent image or install to a flash drive.

Back up and mix coin make you safer

Making backup will not make your coin safer if you do it wrongly (such as storing an unencrypted backup online).

You don't need an operating wallet to receive bitcoins. I don't know the details about armory, but I believe you will be able to reconstruct your wallet from the backup.

I used the Ubuntu LiveCD (I select try ubuntu) to create my armory offline wallet + create my watch only copy wallet + printed the armory paper backup, after that I then turn off Ubuntu, today when I boot the Ubuntu LiveCD (I select try ubuntu) again my armory install is gone and so is my wallet so now I only have the watch only copy wallet + armory paper backup, the question is, I will not loose my bitcoin right? Since I still have the paper backup? Do I need to recreate the offline wallet or just keep the paper backup securely?
