If it was banned, then making another one to just post normally would classify as ban evasion which I personally do not like, hence the appeal, to clear things up and see what happens.

I would expect any cpuminer fork to have similar (we had fewer, and the latest version has even fewer hits) hits than cpuminer itself. Same with xmrig.
Try most of the used GPU or CPU miners on Total Virus and you will see similar results, which you would classify as malicious and with a high potential for a ban.
I think that the main problem with your old topic was that the link to the GitHub repository was not properly referenced, and you even mentioned that you are not the developer of the code in the repository. Also, the links to binaries in your post leads to a third-party cloud storage (mega.cz), which is often used by bad actors to spread malware online.
