if there is no statement. Then probably all bitcoin diamond which are created from the bitcoins on the exchange will go to Bittrex itself

Do bittrex will give bitcoin diamond or not? till now I ahvent heard anything about bittex giving bitcoin diamonds. Anybody knows.
