For context, this question is asking what (e-)wallets don't store your funds in a single pool of funds. This is important because many gambling sites, so they can verifiably prove that they aren't stealing money, send winnings to the address that the funds were sent from. On many e-wallets, the funds could be sent from practically any address that the site has. Whereas, with most normal wallets, you directly control all of the addresses that the funds could come from, so it doesn't really matter

I'm sorry, I understood you were asking if could do, instead of which could..  as you didn't say e-wallet.

I'm assuming they meant that there isn't anything preventing you from receiving coins at any wallet you wish.
