okay how should I word it?

Tell the incident from the beginning when you started the buying process. Post all the relevant conversations and logs. I think Meta section will be better to post this.

Good luck!

okay so this is the account. jazkal is it useable  Huh

Gambitv is on default trust. So that account shows red trust. Most signature campaigns won't take it because of that. And he left red trust to Gumble99 as well. Was he the seller? You can try talking to Gambitv and explain the situation to remove the trust. Not sure there is a lot more you can do about it.

yea gumble99 is the seller funny how both of the accounts are almost similar gambit and gumble99 pretty sure its the same person. already tried with gambitv

I can post conversations here. if it helps.

Post it in Scam Accusation or Meta and let the community decide. If they feeling is that you were wronged, I am sure your account will get the default trust removed.

so I bought a SR member account couple months ago, from seller. than i get an email from some random person stating the person selling the account never paid the actual owner for the account and ran, I paid the seller, now this random person is stating that his friend wants the bitcoin paid to him or he will leave negative feedback. keep in mind the past owner never contacted me and let me know of this. so I decided  to pay him why would I pay double.  now that random person left a negative feedback stating it was a stolen account. and I am stuck with it. is there any thing i can do about this. like i said the original owner never once contacted me.

No one can remove that trust feedback except the one making it. But unless the person is in the default trust list, it won't have much effect on you.

Sounds like the seller might be trying to extort you for more money. If you pay it what's to stop them asking for more?

It's probably just a troll or whoever knows that account has been sold (probably the seller even) is just trying to milk more BTC from you because hes dishonest. just ignore the feedback if it's not a trusted feedbacks anyway.

what would make it a trusted feedback?

From a person on the default trust list. It will show up in 'untrusted feedback' so won't really matter much.

Buy from trusted seller instead of scammer.
Make sure the seller do sign message with address from unedited comment.

Btw, I'm curious, would you reveal the seller and random guy name? Grin
