He can claim the account in future as he will approach to twitter that he lost his account or forgot password or some reason and he claim his account. So please be careful.

user has offered login info and email info associated with the account. I'll take the chance with both accounts info, should be good. Thanks for the info.

Do what you must. GL

Yes, he can claim that his account was hacked and then the twitter would lock the account and the only way to recover it would be to receive the code to either the email which was provided at the time of registration or if the previous user had verified his phone number in which case he will get the recovery code sent to his phone number and then he can reclaim the twitter back.

There was a scam accusation report where someone did just that and the deal was for 1 BTC + IIRC, but the person who got scammed had red trust and he also failed to provide the proofs required to back his claims, although it was later proven as the owner admitted himself that he restored his twitter back but because the person who got scammed wasn't really trusted, the case wasn't given much importance and the other person walked away.

Have made a deal to purchase a Twitter account from another member. They offer to send the username and password first then I can change the password and send him the funds. This sounds good to me but I'm not much of a Twitter buff. Just want to make sure the user can't change the password in the future from a previous email address or anything like that. Thanks.
