I think that creating a clone of some website is illegal and you can have problems with paxful and LBC owners.
Anyway,it`s impossible to compete with those big platforms and i assume that you don`t have enough money to invest and develope such a business.

No there are not any premade script to start another service like paxful or localbitcoins. You have to either hire some good developer team to build your custom script from scratch or you have to buy paxful or localbitcoins directly from their owner. Grin
