Does Coinbase have a feature that automatically transfers all funds in cash over to GDAX, and then does GDAX have a feature that automatically transfers all funds in cash to your bank?

AFAIK that's not possible. Maybe the maximum you can do is automatically sell your BTC to USD, which it's explained in this page[1]. But not automatically receive them in your bank account.

This is what I what I need, that Coinbase automatically sells my bitcoin in the background, but now I just need them to sell by transferring them to my Gdax wallet so I can avoid paying the Coinbase commission.  But this is a step forward to what I'm searching for.

I receive bitcoin payments monthly, and like to know if there is a setting that will automatically transfers whatever the value of my Bitcoin payment from Coinbase to GDAX and then to my bank account immediately each time it hits my Coinbase account?
