Hi,

any news from the support?

I have a similar case. Yesterday I withdrew some ETH from my cryptopia account to another address. However, after 24 hours passed, and I didnt see the coins to the address. So I just submitted a ticket and waiting for their reply.

I m aware of the congestion in the ETH network, due to cryptokitties, but 24 hours is way too long, isnt it?

Anybode else can share their experience with cryptopia support?

FYI: Eventually, I received the ETH coins in my wallet after appr. 20 hours

Hi @all

I send by mistake from my ETH wallet (5 ETH) to my DBIX wallet on Cryptopia. Opened a ticket and i hope they will resolve my problem and add it to my ETH address on Cryptopia.  Sad Does anyone did the same thing i did and got help from Cryptopia support?
