What would be a decent faucet nowadays? How many Satoshi in what time period?
I see there are some which give 400 sat in 12 hours (?!), but I'm thinking of something more attractive, like..claim every 5 minutes...?
Do you have any good examples of your favourite faucets which pay enough to make you relatively happy? Smiley

I liked faucets where you come once or two times per day and claim 500-1000 satoshi, unfortunately i am not sure there are many of them alive. These days if you want to run decent faucet, you have to offer more than just faucet, i see games and offerwalls are popular.

Yeah, I think I'll just go to those two sites you all suggested and check how most popular faucets are set up. Thanks everyone! Smiley

You can start the day collecting from the bigger payouts/bigger timers.
After that you start claiming for low timers.
Like veleten says, you can find the best faucets on those 2 sites(makejar and ifaucet). And well, do your own list, let 10 faucets open and pass the day solving captchas, will be fun and profitable for sure  Roll Eyes

faucets= huge waste of time,BUT if you are a btc newbie, they could give you first free satoshi, teach how to not get scammed (next time Smiley   )
if you are looking for the best faucet lists here are some of the best on the web:
http://ifaucet.net/  here you can make your own lists, sort the faucets by different criteria, like timer, reward, captcha type and so on
http://bit.makejar.com/?filter=best-profit  another great site

hope those two are enough to get you started
and yeah,do not waste your time on faucets, simple math : if you enter 1 captcha in 30 seconds, each captcha worth 300 satoshi on average, you earn 600*60=36.000 satoshi per hour that equals to roughly 0.2$ per hour,10 hour working shift with no coffe breaks or toilet = 2$ a day
flipping burgers will get you whopping 8$ an hour, consider a career upgrade Smiley

I like the idea of faucets like moon bitcoin and cetobeto.com they fill up over time till a set amount and but can only claim every 5 mins and maybe have a daily bonus go up by 1% a day till the 100th day in a row they then double there claim..

Thank you all for the feedback. I'm fully aware that if you want some serious money, faucets ain't worth it.
I was just thinking about what would be attractive model nowadays. I see that some people don't prefer frequent claims, others don't mind them...Everyone has different preference I guess Smiley

I have tried faucets sites in the beginning, when I just joined to all that things about bitcoins. But all that sites didn't bring me any big profit, better to say any profit. One week of work there was the same like I make today with one-two comments. So I gave up about it. And now I make my attention only on commenting and sometimes on gambling.

I dont like the 5 minute ones because then you have to sit and claim all day.. Maybe 1 or 2 hour and then 300-1000 ?

The time spent on faucets are not worth it. It is better to put that time you spent on faucets to learn some new skills to value-add yourself and apply it on your job to justify the next pay rise.

This thread belongs to micro earnings section maybe you should move it there,I am not using many of them atm but I prefer hourly faucets cause I don't like to solve captchas all the time but if are looking for a faucet where you can claim every 5 minutes I suggest you to check getyourbitco.in , reward is 200 satoshi plus a daily bonus.

Faucets that are paying atleast 500 satoshi per hour can be considered as good amount for claimers however this may turn out as loss to faucet owners specially the one which have just opened. Running faucet is not profitable at all these days however if faucet can provide quite unique things to reward users free bitcoin like inbuild free games, competition, daily activity bonus, people may like that type of faucet as well as faucet owners get more active claimers.

I have not seen any faucets for a long time since it's a waste of time for me now, but when I was a noob I used to visit putinfaucet . com, it had pretty good rates, I don't even know if it exists anymore, try the link, and then compare the rates with the other sites.
