I've read a few articles and found a post on here as well. I guess it would be better to ask, is there an easier way to find out what ICO's are allowed in the United States if there are any?  Seems odd to have to literally go searching inside over everyones ICO page to find out.  There is enough of them out there to research in.  There all interesting but it would nice to at least have somewhere you can go that lists the ones that United States Citizens are eligible for without having to be a credited investor.

I did a small amount of research and really just looking for a yes or no answer.  Is the United States basically excluded from all ICO's unless your a Credited Investor?  I have seen it many times and I'm wondering is that for ALL ICO's or are there ICO's that citizens who don't make 100,000 per year can join?

Thanks!
