Well they changed their name and domain without telling me and when I finally found them I couldn't log in.

I got stonewalled by support for weeks. You would not believe the lengths I had to go to to get access to my coins.

Then when I did, real life intervened, it is only now I get the chance to access my coins and transfer them and guess what?

My login no longer works.

I get the password reset link, password doesn't reset. I use the activate account link. Doesn't do anything at all.

I can't afford to wait three months. I'm getting in touch with the family. Maybe they can persuade him to give me my bitcoins.

I don't like doing that, I really don't. If elderly Indian people wanted to work tech support, they'd find themselves a job doing that, wouldn't they?

[Edited to add]

Scrub that, Dad's Iranian, I forgot. And not even old. Looks kinda cool in his hat too Smiley

Doesn't speak a lot of English though. Unless anyone PM's me about how they speak really good Iranian, I'll put out feelers. I know a lot of Iranians in London, but I'm not there right now.

This is urgent. My dog needs an expensive operation, like yesterday, and I can't afford to be waiting round three months like last time. I need my coins now.

[Edited again]

Scrub that too. His mum is there. She'll speak perfect English. Hope she likes dogs..

[Edited yet again]

She looks like a very nice lady, and she really loves her dog. Lets hope she can help me save mine.

Hi guys,

I have an account in several bitcoin places and now I am about to open one in Intersango. I am thinking of deposing some money there and start trading.

Could anybody that is using Intersango please share his experience. Is it a trustworthy trading platform? Have they ever been reported any scams or hacking attempts?

Thank you
