When I urgently needed money before my paycheck, I realized that I wouldn't be able to get a loan from the bank, since I already had one, but I was lucky to find payday loans online service. I found conditions here https://maybeloan.com/payday-loans  that were quite favorable for me, filled out an application on their website and three hours later I received a reply that they approved my request for money on loan. It really was very fast, despite the fact that I wrote to them after hours.
OP just be carefull in links given by newbies and try to be safer i don't mean that this is bad but at least make guidelines first because there are some folks here pretending to be newbies but the truth is a Phishing link provider or part of hacking group.

and besides you are waiting for the result so better continue that 1.

Oh. Wow. I was not expecting so many responses!

Thank you all for your opinions.
I am patient, just worried. Now it doesn't even say I am in ANY UI program and will not allow me to file a new claim for that time period.
I will just remain patient and broke Tongue "good things come to those who wait!"

I must address the post about "not posting here" - My apologies if this bothered you. I do like reddit and use it sometimes, but call me whatever you want but I usually see much better responses here. I love forums for this reason. Genuine awesome people. Not saying there are not genuine smart people on other resources like reddit, I just prefer here.

I hope you are all staying safe and healthy. Have a wonderful day!
Hope you have enjoyed everyone's answer.

I encourage you to stay and be active in the forum all of the time. You could update us if you want to if something happens.

I will advice you to exercise patients to them or you give them notification through their email, just explain directly what you are passing through.

But know that this place you dropped this text is not the actual place you are suppose to seek for advice of such issues.
But follow the directive's here  your problem shall be settled.

While this is problematic for you, this is not the right place to ask for suggestions. Try Reddit or move this topic to off-topic/serious discussion if you want to, since this board is for quieries related to beginners on this forum. Not to mention this is not related to crypto at all if I understand your explanation correctly.

Is it PUI or PUA (Public Unemployment Assistance)?

Processing requests takes longer these days maybe because of the limited manpower with thousands of applications. The fact that they keep telling you they will call back just means they haven't manually checked/processed your request yet. I didn't see any specific timeline for releasing payment from my search. I guess you just have to be patient.
Mostly this would happen since there are many unemployed now due to pandemic. Here in our place the request is being done manually and yes it takes more time than other country giving assistance. Or it could also be mean that it was being pocketed by the organization that process the assistance. This is the way we can clearly see now how huge corruption is in our country that they did not even scared getting a lawsuit. People have no resources to file a case against the organizer or it could be that they consider it a waste of time keeping on track with the process of giving and receiving financial assistance. They do not bother anymore to follow up of it because for them it is only a small amount. But, because there were too many asking for it then the organizer surely get a huge money for the corruption of financial assistance.

Did they give you some sort of ticket or case number for you to follow up on?

That could be a glitch on their end. Send them an email if they can't be reached through the phone and explain what happened.

Hello World!

I am not new here, but have not been here for a very long time. Cannot remember what email, username. basically nothing. I rarely posted.

blah blah.

So I applied for unemployment insurance (UI) back around mid march. I was denied. Well months later I receive a letter saying I have a balance of $.... and weekly payments of $.... and that I was under the PUI program. (pandemic ui) to go on and appeal. I go to my unemployment page then account summary and it says My application has been processes. Request PUI payment as directed when you applied.. I click on Request Payment, answer some questions and it returns: red X - your request for payment has been processed.

EDIT: I did request within the appropriate time suggested.

Wait a couple days check account summary and it still does not show I requested my check: Last Payment Request: ---BLANK---
So I am kind of like WTF!?
I have searched google like crazy and am not finding and concrete information. I thought some smart bitcointalk members could chime in? Human Interaction? heh.
I been calling my states UI office at all times during business hours just to get told they will call me back. then the end of day comes and no call.

If anyone has experience with this, please fill me in! Cheesy
Thanks!
