Hi,

You gonna need to call an electrician in quick if you got 125 miners coming to install panels, breakers, sub panels receptacles..

First question, what part of the world you from?

I will go with North America for now:

As for my setup for a small home operation:

For a Two plug setup- (24 amp load per plug)(80% rule)
-Breaker Panel has 2x 30 amp breaker
-Goes to a 60 amp sub panel
-To each plug with 30 Amp breaker
(This was done for redundancy if one cluster of 4 units decides to blow up and surge that it don't kill my other clusters)

PDU - Any 4 plug - 220-230v with at least 30 A, rated for 7kw +. Stay away from the 5kw PDU's as 4 units are too much load (80% rule)
Plugs -(** 14 gage or better!** mix and match (Male and female ends)  and order to what PDU you buy and work backwards to your AWP3++.

Now, repeat this 32 times, and also consult your Electrician what extra you will need as you will be running 169,000 K watts in your facility. (Transformers, breaker panels ect.)

yes I absolutely will be, was just hoping to buy the PDU's asap. Our facility is part of a power plant so they have everything we need more or less set up already

L630P is pretty much the most common. But if you look at PDU manufacturers product catalogs I am sure there are others.

Also don't ASSume you can get 4 miners per 30A circuit. Sticking with the 80% rule that would be right at 6A per miner, in practice they tend to run higher than that. YMMV

It all depends on your electrical setup. The PDU plug just needs to match the receptacle type of your build. At the scale you are going you really should have a knowledgeable electrician you can consult in these matters. Building it all out based on forum posts and unsubstantiated data is very risky.

I will be setting up an S9 farm of about 125 miners in the next week or so. Had a question about PDU's

So from what I have gathered online I need 220V 30A outlets and can run 4 miners per outlet with a 30A PDU.

My question is, all the PDU's I am finding about L6-30P connectors, is this the only type of connector that will work?
