For the condition "one post and 4 hours" , 4 hours will be counted only for logging in time or anytime after register?
It is 4 hours after first post, and you dont need to be logged in
I think it's 4 hours from loggin in time (the one displayed above the toolbar) and not time from registration but not sure though as I haven't Checked time needed for it before when I was categorized as.a newbie.
Even pm is restricted. Cant pm someone in bitcoin.

I think it's four hours after the first meaty post. I posted and set a timer for four hours. I joined up the night before - but I couldn't post until 4 hours after that post. I'm not sure what the min is, but it only counted mine after I posted a few sentences in response to someone.
