In my country the homeless are not socially active group. Their little worried about the elections. And I never saw them voting.
For your country, old people vote worse than any homeless. Their nostalgia for the Soviet Union will not allow you to escape from the influence of Russia.

In England, you can register to vote if you aree homeless. You have to show some affinity with your chosen council to go on their electorsl role though. You can even use their address for electoral communications. You have to be a British citizen as well of course.

Politics will use this people to manipulate their votes.

No less than the others Wink

I think mostly of such people don't care much about who will become president, they are mainly disappinted their live. You can find such people in every country.
Other question that if people don't have id documents where they vote goes? I think it's really possible that someone can manipulate it, no one knows about it.

I am more curious to know what they think Wink but then good question...

I saw a show on Rt about Americans too poor to have id or any kind of papers (stolen, lost etc). How do they vote? And for whom? Curious about this issue...

That is only a problem in russia and china - my bad chinese dont know what votings are ^^" - if you look at the number of poor people.

I have seen that in Russia being homeless is particularly though in the winter, finding heat to survive... now imagine that 1% of the Chinese mainland population was homeless... but it's a good question... i have no idea about how problematic this issue is actually in China.
