The network is put to a txt file weekly here -> https://bitcointalk.org/trust.txt.xz
If you use linux you can easily filter it for a name with cat and grep, e.g.

The format for "->" is: user on the left has user on the right on their list
for "-\>" its: user on left has excluded user on the right from their trust list
You can also see someones trust list on your trust page -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust
Only add the person you are interested in to the list and change the depth to 1. Once you clicked on update you will see that persons direct trust list. If an entried is striked out, it means that person is excluded (considered not trustworthy).
