I thank you all for the response that you have given to me, and I will do the suggested ideas especially using an electrum wallet. (will do a bit study on how to use this so I maybe post my electrum wallet here anytime today or tomorrow)
Will lock this thread now and will not use the address of my sister here on the forum.
Thanks Again.

Note: for the busters that might want to investigate the connections of my account to others, I simply don't deny anything but I'm not into shady businesses that's all. And also haven't cheated any campaign and I also do not think of doing such thing in the future Smiley GOOD DAY and STAY HEALTHY EVERYONE!

With the help of bL4nkcode I already made an address:

-----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----
I, cabalism13 of Bitcointalk Forum, hereby claim that this address is owned by me and will be my BTC address starting today April 5, 2020 3:45PM (PH Time). Also will follow another BTC address for my Private Transactions.

No God or Kings, only BITCOIN.
My first account has been compromised for continuous using and was told to provide some documents to get my account back. I even did an online interview on Google Meet, and resubmit my IDs, but still they want one these Document
Continue using of what, continue using it on gambling sites? Wow, coins.ph seems getting stricter as time goes by, I may read their TOS once again. I think you have to disclose your real first name on that quote, if that's okay with you then it's fine.

So here's the thing, me and my wife has been on a slight misunderstanding which led on taking her accounts and changing all of the passwords which I still do not know.
I think this one is probably the best choice you can have too by persuading her over those accounts.

Can I use it here without any issues? If only I can provide a Signed Message with Coins.PH I would, but I couldn't due to their own restrictions.

Asking this before I use the account BTC Address here on forum, but now I've been using it for Coins Pro Exchange nothing related to this forum.
I think there will be no issues here since those aren't your alts as you'd speak. You better stake it on one of the thread here in Meta but that requires a signed message and I doubt coins.ph can provide that (I really don't know). Or maybe explain on the stake message that you already own that address/es directing on this thread of yours. That's I guess the best option you can have, those on top are probably a hassle since coins.ph is strict on compliance and if you can't provide those chances are low.

It's really for best as well you just put aside one that you sent on gambling over a desktop wallet and coins.ph address are just for cash out if you want to use fiat. That's what I do honestly.

I learned my own lesson when storing money on exchanges and got loses, at Crypto Bridge. Please see their scam exit. I read and heard a lot about risks of storing money on exchanges but I ignored all of them, I think such bad things will not come to me but you see they came to me in reality.

After what happened with Crypto Bridge, I learned to use Electrum wallet, that is light and easy to use. You can use Electrum on your computers or on phones with same mnemonic seeds. Remember to change the default denomination in mBTC to BTC if you are not familiar with mBTC.

I have my short guide on Electrum wallet. Electrum wallet - Update safely and avoid phishing wallets?

I see there are some concerns about legality of payment from gambling site. If I was in the same situation then I would take the payment in an electrum wallet, send them to a mixing site (prefer: Chipmixer, technically no fees) , withdraw them to a 2nd electrum wallet. Now my coins are clean and whenever I want I can just send them to that local exchange and take the cash in bank. To save the tx fees, I would use only 1 sat/B for every BTC to BTC transaction.

You just need to learn well management of your coins.

I hope now Op has a solution.

The above suggestions were right, withdrawing your salary from the gambling platform might have a big if you will directly send it to Coins.ph wallet. You can use an Electrum wallet or Coinomi wallet app for mobile and then transfer to Coins.ph wallet either PHP address or BTC address. You have two options there. (Never mind the fees just withdraw when you needed most) Cheesy

I don't know what makes your Coins.ph account compromised because I didn't experience this, but I think the only solution here is to comply and provide the documents they asked. As of now, you can't comply that because we know our country implement lockdown. If you really need money you can always ask in our local for fast trade (for transparency). Your Bitcoin to fiat and let them cash out the fiat under by your name. (to your bank account or remittances)

Well, I think so too, but the thing is only Coins.PH is the only platform here in our country that can connect directly to my Bank Account and with this I can make withdrawals any time wothout issues also without worrying the fees.

I don't know what your bank is but have you checked Abra?

In the Philippines, these banks are supported for withdrawing funds held in the Abra app:

Asia United Bank
Bank of Commerce
BDO
BPI
Citibank
DBP
EastWest Bank
Land Bank
Metrobank
Philtrust Bank
PNB
RCBC
Security Bank
UCPB
Union Bank
And most other major banks...

OP, I think most users already suggest the best way and secured way. But I understand your point of having convenience using coinsph. Most of Filipino users here are very well aware how that platform works like a game changer app that connect cryptocurrency to fiat and associated establishment. But since your original account was compromised, I suggest you can appeal to them personally as they have office on Manila. Such IDs or documents can be a hard requirements for your as you mentioned you still a student. That's the thing about coinsph they are very strict on requirement which segregate their cool features to a sensitive matter. Well we know they just protecting best interest for everyone.

Also you can used Abra Wallet app which I think isnt that strict but features wise, we all knew how useful coinsph.

Check this out mate, some of my friends with block or suspended account due to requirements too has shifted and I asked them so far hows their experience on Abra and they say its not bad but really far from the coinsph features.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
try using "desktop wallets" for now. something like Electrum that is light so you don't have to download that much data (~40 MB block headers once) and is quite fast. it is user friendly enough to let you do things such as setting up a cold storage + watch only wallet for maximum security.
then you receive funds there and then send it wherever you like (eg. coins.ph) whenever you wanted to sell for instance.
It's also an advantage since you're on a gambling signature campaign which I assume you're also using the coins.ph address directly when withdrawing from FJ platform, as for their TOS its prohibited which will lead to suspension of the account. Though there are some who did this without having a problem at least for now, but surely it will be detected sooner or later.

You can use electrum mobile for android as well.

It seems like the crypto-economy in Philippines is pretty widespread. Can you give and overview about the legality etc? Surely the govt. won't allow you to use your funds without them getting taxed somehow and hence the KYC/ ITR etc. Is P2P not prevalent enough or not comfortable enough yet?

Help me to understand. You are not using the address you have used before and now you want to use an address that was used by your wife/sister. Right?

1st Address - 2018-2019 Compromised
2nd Address (My Wife) - 2019 - Feb 2020 She Locked it together with my Salary on Playbetr
3rd Address - Sister (bellamae/Satry)

I want to use the Address (3rd) for withdrawals.

So to sum up, I'm not denying my connection to the owner of the Account which has been banned on 2018 ✌️😂 what can I do she's my sister after all haha

Why not make your own wallet  address that you can make a sign message such as electrum or mycelium?

Use only coins.ph for converting your btc  to peso since its just an exchange , dont use coins.ph address as your primary address make your own.

Dont forget that you are promoting a gambling sites and our country have restiction about online gambling,  your salary came from gambling sites which can be a problem sooner when they review all transaction send to your address .

I'm considering buying an external wallet but as for the meantime I can't afford it. Also I do have an address on Blockchain, I just consider using coins because it's way more convenient.

you know there are other, maybe even better, options between a custodial centralized wallet like Coins.PH and a hardware wallet (which i assume is what you meant by "buy an external wallet").

My point here is just about the BTC address not the account ✌️😂
If you just need to change your BTC address, then it would only have been a problem if you were using the older address for some form of trusted escrow services on the forum. Or if multiple people on the forum were trusting you for trades on that address.  A compromised account would change the BTC address and then it could be a problem.

Using an exchange address would still be a bad decision.

...
Or I am missing something critical to get your problem?

Maybe the best option that you have is to lend your account to an adult of a legal age that can prove legal documents as well.
Well, I already considered that but the thing is, it's under my name 😭
And actually I'm more worried about the fees on transferring, converting and withdrawals that's why using an External wallet is my last option.

You shouldn't use Coins.ph if you need many transactions and wallet addresses to have your money. With your knowledge, and it also seemed you had gained a lot from the forum, why not use hardware wallets instead? Coins.PH is indeed strict with the documents and there's nothing you can prove them where do you get your money (it's their safety precaution to avoid scammers). Maybe the best option that you have is to lend your account to an adult of a legal age that can prove legal documents as well.

You want to use your sister's address. I understand why are you asking but do you really need to use that address in the forum. Can't you just download electrum and create a desktop wallet?

If you have a wallet of your own then you can have unlimited number of addresses. Since you will have your own address, you can use it freely (signing message and etc ).

Or I am missing something critical to get your problem?

Using an exchange address would still be a bad decision. For personal use, your own desktop wallet or if you can afford a hardware wallet is the best option. Just get your own address. why risk associating yourself with an address which has been banned earlier? (This bellamae and Satry that you speak of.)

With the amount of back-biting that goes on among some of the communities, i am pretty sure one of the scam-busters will sooner or later connect them and you'd be on your way to reputation hell. No amount of pre-emptive posts like these would help.

Edit: It looks like this coins.ph is a wallet service in phillipines that allows you guys to directly receive BTC or other cryptocurrencies as your local currency? and you can then use this for any kind of payments in your country. Is that correct?
Are they a paid/ tiered service where you want to continue using the privileges that comes with being an old/ regular user instead of opening a newbie account with them and losing those privileges? Is that the issue?

ever since I joined the forum, also this address was tru Coins.PH, this company doesn't allow dual accounts and that's the reason why I am using my wife's Coins.PH 👇

Hi Mark,

May we kindly know if you can submit any primary document from this link: https://support.coins.ph/hc/en-us/articles/900000150443-List-of-Acceptable-Financial-Documents-for-Enhanced-Verification-Custom-Limits-Request?

We would like to remind you that a series of screenshots of your portfolio will suffice. However, since the cryptocurrency trading portfolio is considered as a secondary financial document, we would be needing a primary document from you for us to proceed with the review of your account.

We are kindly asking for your understanding in this matter.

Thank you.
Regards,
Pat

Can't provide anything of that for I'm a student, also Me being a Moderator to some Community to Telegram doesn't have a formal contract. So I told them I can only provide my portfolio on some exchange platform and so I did, but the thing is they just consider it as a secondary document so it's still wasn't accepted.

So here's the thing, me and my wife has been on a slight misunderstanding which led on taking her accounts and changing all of the passwords which I still do not know, And somehow I thought of my sister's account which is the owner of bellamae and Satry (the one has been banned on 2018)
