Ye well that's what I'm asking for , I ALSO want to know if the user who receive the funds will be able to withdraw the funds and use them online or not .

However that works and also i was able to deposit that money into skrill via neteller which also gone through. Hey guys,

I want to ask you guys something , I know that Neteller accept Bitcoin deposits for 1% (It was free then became 5% then finally 1%) It's better compared to other payment methods .

Anyway , I want to know , I heard that I won't be able to to withdraw using an ATM or buy online , but can I use them for Card to Card transfer ? I mean sending funds to another holder of Neteller account ?
