If you no longer want to bear the risk, I'm sure you can find someone here on the forums who will buy your order, and will assume the risk of nondelivery.

Yes it was my plan at start but as i even dont have a real confirmation order...LOL

Well I will cross finger they have my good adress and everything and they deliver before I change adress or if not then I can call them a scam...
The fact I cannot even edit adress for myself (keeping same name) look a bit dissapointing especially when they delayed ( I was not suppose to plan this delay...)

I know Avalon is delivering, offer the best product real actual and I accepted to take the risk... But the game is becoming more like a lottery. I would remind all the problem with the shop and report of people seeing checkout informations with name and adress of another customer... At least have something confirmed with adress would avoid a lot of future problem. But well let cross finger then...

I paid 2 february, avalon and walletbit confirmed my order by email after I contacted them cause didnt get any confirmation. Anyway when I log in my account


You're in a same basket as everybody else, if you got those 2 emails, and you have sent funds to them with all 6 confirmation, nothing much else to do except wait till dhl guy gives you a call... First rounds of avalons are meant for true miners, not resellers, that's the point...

Well about reseller that ok I understood.

About my order yes got an email telling yes that ok, but no order id ? anything so then if I not receive it ? Well what happend too if my adress have changed cause I couldnt plan the delay but I change of house ( I rent house, sorry...) Some people of batch 2 can see their order apparently, have an number order...Well I want same that the point.

The other point is delay, my order not recorded...so well what happend if I never receive my order ? I just forgot it? I dont think so lol...

So please Avalon reply me, or refund my btc or whatever or for now that scam as my order isnt listed but money is paid...I should get delivered already according announced date when ordered, but delay is ok for me... Anyway I can expect at least a reply to give me an order id. Or if no order id then how are decided the place in the list of delivery ? You order first you get first usually according you id number...

Well I stil waiting for a reply from avalon to have my order number ( to know where I;m in the list) and i would like to see my adress of delivery listed ( I remind the shop was buggy and some see checkout with name of other lol...) so my fear to see my avalons send to someone other still.

I tried to contact avalon by ticket, email but no news and I would like to know where is my order batch2?

I paid 2 february, avalon and walletbit confirmed my order by email after I contacted them cause didnt get any confirmation. Anyway when I log in my account avalon there is no order for my account. It would be nice we fix this before you send my 2 avalons to another people or complaint because I didnt gave my infos ( like people who didnt receive yet batch 1)

Another thing is I was planning to resell them and have them delivered directly ( changing adress) to people I resell but I read its impossible. Well thats ok but Avalon could at least consider we should have our avalon batch2 in hand and the only infos we had for a delay, was batch2 sorry you are not a priority, or in last newsletter, you will be delivered 2 month later finally. Allowing your buyers to resell and change adress of their order was also a small way for you to give us something fo the delay, but that OK we understood such cutomer service was not included..

Anyway I paid for my order and I would like at least be able to see in my account with the store, have some infos...I like the fact avalon deliver a real products and is honnest but the total lack of customer support is not acceptable. Specially when some people ordered 2 months ago and even dont get a reply about their order not listed...

Sorry for opening this thread but contact avalon directly is useless, just ignored. Anyway I paid so I have the right to request about my orders.
